To further strengthen the safety awareness of all employees, enhance the overall safety management level of the plant, and effectively prevent various types of production safety accidents, ZYpump successfully held a safety education and regulation learning event on 2026.2.24, themed "Safety Demonstration, Standards First." Management personnel, department heads, and frontline employee representatives participated in this meaningful "compulsory course" on safety.
The event began with a mobilization speech by the factory's Safety Director, Chen. He emphasized, "Safety is the lifeline of an enterprise and the cornerstone of employee happiness. Every employee must internalize safety regulations and put them into practice without any negligence." In his speech, he reviewed recent safety cases within the industry, using these stark lessons to warn everyone to always stay vigilant about safety.
Following the address, the event moved to its core segment: On-site Safety Demonstration Teaching. In the pre-set safety drill area of the plant, experienced safety officers conducted practical demonstrations on multiple subjects based on the factory's production characteristics. The demonstrations included but were not limited to:
Fire Emergency Response: Detailed explanations of the applicable scope and operation steps (Pull, Aim, Squeeze, Sweep) for different types of fire extinguishers (dry powder, CO2, etc.), followed by hands-on fire extinguishing drills for employee representatives.
Standard PPE Donning: Live demonstrations on the correct way to wear hard hats, safety goggles, protective gloves, earplugs, and safety shoes, emphasizing the importance of standard PPE usage in high-risk work environments.
Machinery Operation Safety: Simulated emergency response procedures for equipment malfunctions, demonstrating the identification and correct operation of emergency stop buttons, and strictly implementing the "Lockout/Tagout" system during equipment maintenance.
Chemical Management: Showcasing the correct methods for handling, storing chemicals involved in the plant area, as well as emergency procedures in case of a spill.
In addition to the intuitive demonstrations, the event also organized a comprehensive study session on the latest revised "Factory Safety Behavior Code Manual." Led by the Safety Supervisor, employees studied regulations concerning factory floor movement, hot work permitting processes, high-altitude work protection requirements, and daily electrical safety rules one by one, using illustrated PPT presentations and video materials. Interactive Q&A sessions were interspersed throughout the learning process, with employees actively participating, creating a lively atmosphere and consolidating safety knowledge in a relaxed setting.
At the conclusion of the event, all participants solemnly signed their names on a "Safety Commitment Wall," pledging to strictly abide by safety rules and regulations and strive to be "safety-conscious individuals."
This safety demonstration and regulation learning event not only equipped employees with solid emergency response skills through "hands-on" practice but also strengthened everyone's red-line awareness and bottom-line thinking through systematic theoretical study. A representative from ZYpump stated that the factory will continue to promote the development of a safety culture in the future. Through regular drills, normalized hazard identification, and diversified training methods, the concept of safe production will be implemented in every position and every process, laying a solid safety foundation for the factory's high-quality development.
